Initial Walkthrough

Once construction or renovation is completed, our inspection team conducts a detailed walkthrough of the entire project.

.This step helps identify any visible issues or unfinished work before moving to technical checks.

Structural and Safety Checks

We verify that all structural elements — including walls, roofing, and flooring — meet local building codes and safety standards.

Special attention is given to areas like stairways, supports, and load-bearing components.

Systems Testing

All electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are tested to ensure they function properly and efficiently. This includes checking for leaks, proper voltage, drainage, and overall performance.

Finish Quality Review

Surfaces such as cabinetry, countertops, tiles, paint, and flooring are inspected for alignment, finish, and overall appearance. We make sure everything looks clean, professional, and matches the approved design.

Client Walkthrough and Feedback

We invite the client to walk through the completed space with us to review the results.

Their feedback is noted, and any final adjustments or touch-ups are scheduled immediately.

Final Approval and Report

Once all items are verified and the client is fully satisfied, a formal inspection report is issued. This document certifies that the project has passed all quality and safety benchmarks.
